Topic information: Healthcare professionals are increasingly approached by consumers seeking advice on unproven online therapies. In this session we will discuss the experiences of healthcare providers, the complexities involved and explore opportunities on how to navigate and respond to these enquiries.
Speakers: Leanne Rees is a physiotherapist and post-doctoral research officer at the Murdoch Children’s Research Institute. She is investigating how healthcare professionals navigate patient’s and family’s therapeutic hopes in the online age.

The aim of our AusACPDM Listening and sharing sessions are to share knowledge, experiences and learnings. These will be held via zoom, and will be open to everyone (but registration numbers are limited!).
